Christopher Pagan, Esq. was raised here in Fort Lauderdale before attending Florida State University for undergraduate studies and Syracuse University for law school. In 2016, Mr. Pagan, Esq. was awarded the National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40” distinction for his tireless work as a criminal defense attorney. While in his respective felony divisions as a state prosecutor, Mr. Pagan argued countless probation violation hearings, litigated hundreds of motions, and tried criminal cases on charges ranging from possession of narcotics with intent to distribute, battery on law enforcement officers, drug trafficking, strongarm robbery, DUI manslaughter, vehicular homicide and numerous burglary charges, including those punishable by life sentences.
